On 11 January it’s that time again: we’ll be travelling to visit the Bewick’s Swans in the Emsland!

Strictly protected Bewick’s Swans from NABU project shot
Two Bewick’s Swans from a NABU project, which had recently been staying in a nature reserve, were found dead with gunshot wounds. Hunting this strictly protected species is prohibited throughout the EU.
